Jack is a man of his words, someone you can truly rely on when handling your real estate transactions. I first got to know Jack through a 1031 replacement property I was trying to buy. Jack was the listing agent and he ended up representing both sides. He did a great job coordinating the negotiation and performing all his duties, representing both sides equally and fairly. And when I had trouble getting the loan needed to close on time, he even managed to get me a loan to close last minute with preferable rates so my exchange is not jeopardized. And even after close of escrow, he kept his words in continuing to coordinate with the commercial tenant replacement and drafting up lease agreements with no extra charge.
