I first got to know Jack through a 1031 replacement property I was trying to buy. Jack was the listing agent and he ended up representing both sides. He did a great job coordinating the negotiation and performing all his duties, representing both sides equally and fairly. And when I had trouble getting the loan needed to close on time, he even managed to get me a loan to close last minute with preferable rates so my exchange is not jeopardized. And even after close of escrow, he kept his words in continuing to coordinate with the commercial tenant replacement and drafting up lease agreements with no extra charge. The sale of our house happened during the COVID pandemic, which made selling more challenging. We were referred to Jack, who told us to clear the house of anything we wanted to keep and leave the rest. He had a man come in and clear the house and pull up all the carpet to expose the hardwood floors. He painted over the scuffs on the walls. He cleaned up the landscaping,by pulling weeds and putting a layer of tanbark down. It looked great. Jack got the house on the market and it sold in 11 days for a lot more than the asking price. My husband and I were so lucky to have found Jack. Selling my childhood home was an emotional event. Jack was sympathetic to that and made the process as painless as possible.
